Land Rover 88

One day, AK-Interactive asked me which one of their new Land Rover kits would I like to build. The tow truck seemed the most interesting, and I even found a reference picture that served as inspiration for the box art. Nice yellow color, heavy chipping and lots of grimy residue. Win-win!

Before I started building the model, though, I also found beautiful images of an old garage that’s still standing to this day in Wales. The whole idea turned into one of my favorite dioramas of all time!
