The Barn

My first miniature building! It was the start of a newfound passion of mine – architectural models.

The techniques I used on this one seem completely alien compared to what I use now. For example, the bricks were individually cut from foam and glued on a styrofoam “skeleton” of the building. All of the wooden elements are made from balsa and oak veneer. The individual roof shingles are 3D printed and the digital design is also my own work. I’m quite proud of them!
